Why Customers would Benefit from the Reablement Training Course?
This course is essential for care providers who support individuals to regain skills, confidence, and independence after illness, injury, or a change in ability—particularly within domiciliary care, supported living, residential, or community-based services. It equips staff with the tools to deliver short-term, goal-focused support that helps people do things for themselves rather than to them. The training promotes outcome-based working, personal empowerment, and the use of person-centred assessments and positive risk-taking. It also helps providers meet legal duties under the Care Act 2014 and aligns with strengths-based approaches expected by CQC.
